They offer a wide variety of services at a good price. We haven't had any issues with billing. After a few months they contacted us to have a chat about our experience and our needs. Support is always quick, even without a support plan. Of course, I don't know what happened with the other reviews but if you're interested in a sustainable, European cloud alternative then I'd suggest to just give it a go and decide for yourself.
