Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing Cannot be trusted for Amazon marketing. Great tools for dayparting and content, but their sponsored ads data is unreliable. We have worked with them since 2017. Ever since they were bought out by Commercehub, service levels have fallen off a cliff. There were months when support cases took days to even receive a response. Every few months, adverting spend and conversion data goes missing from Amazon campaigns and it is not backfilled. They have no vision for the future as no new tools have rolled out for months. Now we have to pay another vendor to do the job that we pay them to do. Also- Rithum is a terrible name!

Avoid this business at all costs Avoid this business at all costs. They are a very good example of modern day scam. - Misleading. Marketplaces that do not exist were offered. 3 months later theses Marketplaces do not exist. - Over priced for sub standard service. - Communication does not exist. Apart from the billing department, which does an excellent job in sending timely invoices with timely warnings. - Amazon and Debenhams are free. You can do it yourself. If they offer, decline immediately. - It took them 4 months to set up Amazon UK, this could have been done in less than a month. They struggled with Debenhams. - Contract was cancelled and was offered a refund. Two months later no refund and ccommunication has gone cold. This organisation should stop trading. It will help avoid the misery a vast majority of their clients had to endure.

Was a long time customer (over 5 years)… Was a long time customer (over 5 years) and recently decided to revendor this portion of my program out. Requested I have a meeting the the account lead. Spoke with him told him we were leaving and he made it sound like we could get out just fine but then 2 weeks after asking he (instead of calling) emails me that they "had a internal meeting," and must serve the contract length out till its natural end date (4 months from now). Our company spent well over $100K with this company and they wont let me out of there agreement 4 months early. I revoked all access so they are legitimately just collecting money on an account they do not manage anymore. I do not for the life of me understand how they can legally obligate someone to a contract predicated on future services rendered. Shameful and to me showed there integrity as an organization. DO NOT USE THEM solely based on the exiting of this company as a ecommerce solution.

Beware auto renewal clauses We entered into an annual contract with Channel Advisor. They struggled to set us up on Amazon which took them 2 months with no setting aside of fees in this period. They include a 12 month auto renewal clause but do not provide any notice of the renewal. We cancelled on receiving the invoice on the anniversary but they are going legal to force us to work with them for another year. This is an unusual way to have a constructive business relationship. Avoid and set up on Amazon yourself as they add little value and prey on small businesses.

Channel Advisor Managed Services does… Channel Advisor Managed Services does not provide enough time for their assigned account manager to be effective. With ten clients to manage for each account manager and a 30 minute weekly meeting, this allows just 3.5 hours to work on your account each week. That is barely enough time for implementation let alone training. That is why their timeframe for most things 3 months is out. Managed Services does not mean managing the entirety of your account. They manage only setup of marketplaces and actions within the Channel Advisor platform excluding the bulk data management. Your account manager may not be experienced enough in your industry to effectively launch your marketplace stores. Our industry has a lot of MAP (minimum advertised price) policies and did not think to suggest a profitability factor for listings, thus causing our store launches to sell products that are not profitable for marketplaces. So, do not expect fast results.
