I bought a top of the line Latitude for… I bought a top of the line Latitude for my office. unfortunately received it with a dented jack on the power chord. I made several calls, was asked to send images of the jack/chord etc. It has taken several weeks, several complaints via phone from my end, many promises by guys Romeo, Zach etc. but a big ZERO in what they have been able to deliver. They failed to address something as trivial as a power chord........my sincere advice to anyone buying a refurbished Dell- DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTIS!!!!

Purchased a Synology DiskStation DS218 NAS from Aventis Systems Purchased a Synology DiskStation DS218 NAS Server from Aventis via Amazon. The Server arrived from Aventis with two 1 TB SSD drives that are NOT on Synology Products Compatibility list. Drives failed in less than 6 months of use. I thought I was buying a complete solution from Aventis, instead I received a sub-par solution that does not work.

Buyer Beware! I ordered a $640 Dell monitor from Aventis Systems through Walmart's marketplace, but received a lower-quality $400 HP monitor. It was a gift for my wife, so we didn't discover the problem until she started having problems with the monitor a few months later. We reported the issue as soon as we discovered it, but Aventis Systems couldn't care less since we were outside the return window. Apparently after 30 days, it doesn't matter that they essentially stole the $250 difference between the two monitors and left my wife with a lower quality monitor that can't even be repaired under warranty since we don't have a receipt. If you look at their reviews on various platforms, it appears they do this regularly. Do not buy from this company (and make sure they are not the third party seller on another marketplace) - you will regret it! There are plenty of other reputable sellers to choose from.

Poor customer service I reached out with a concern when I submitted my order and had to follow up twice before getting a terse response from Chad. He suggested the lack of response and lack of pricing clarity was my fault. When I called and emailed about Chad's poor customer service, someone started a ticket for a manager to help me—still no response after following up twice. I love to support small businesses but Aventis' customer service has been lacking in every regard.

Order this product model but get another product model and delay shipping I order the dell MD3800F 2 units. I've completed to confirm spec and payment done. After that, I waited for about 1 month. I received only 1 item and not MD3800F. The Aventis System sent me the MD3820F instead without letting me know before. I informed the sales person and opened the case with the support team. I waited for a reply for more than 1 week but no updates back. And suddenly the second MD3820F was sent to me again but I refused to accept the product because it was not exactly as I agreed to order from the beginning. I'm worried that Aventis Systems will abandon me, cheat me and including non-professional work. Where is my Dell MD3800F ?? Avantis must be responsible and resolve this problem for me urgently.
