GBWorst company In North America Worst company In North America! I ordered a two pack of monitors on new egg.com in mid February. They only sent one monitor. Then they accused me of lying to them. I sent them a total of 12 pictures showing only one monitor was delivered. Newegg finally gave me a refund that was early March it’s now almost April and still no refund. This is a company of thieves. Save your money go elsewhere!

GBGood for the small customer, too. We are really a small customer of Aventis Systems. But, they don't treat us that way. Pre-order consultation is great, orders (even custom ones) go smoothly, deliveries are prompt. All that you would expect from a successful vendor. But even for a small customer, the after-sale service, advice, consultation, technical assistance and support is far beyond what you would normally expect for the "little guys" - perhaps even exceeding what would be expected for the "big guys". We recommend Aventis Systems any chance we get. Kudos to Aventis Systems !

AWThe server came in with a defective… The server came in with a defective hard drive. I prepaid for a new one. It has been since July of 2018, it is currently November 2018 and I’m still waiting for the refund of the returned defective part. I keep being told that they are reaching out to accounting ASAP.

GBHP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 not as expected I purchased a HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 with 6 1 TB drives and 32GB of Ram. 2 of the 6 1 TB drives were an older 3Gbs speed version which slows down the entire array. The biggest disappointment was the memory - only one of the 4 installed 8 GB modules is an original HP smart memory module since it is paired with generic non smart modules this similar to the drive speed mismatch makes it impossible for the memory to run at max intended speed.

GBI bought a top of the line Latitude for… I bought a top of the line Latitude for my office. unfortunately received it with a dented jack on the power chord. I made several calls, was asked to send images of the jack/chord etc. It has taken several weeks, several complaints via phone from my end, many promises by guys Romeo, Zach etc. but a big ZERO in what they have been able to deliver. They failed to address something as trivial as a power chord........my sincere advice to anyone buying a refurbished Dell- DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTIS!!!!
