Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They continue to send me the 'same' wrong HP Monitor, so this appears to be intentional. Their customer service is terrible and has not addressed the issue. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning the monitor and ordering a new monitor. I will not be using Aventis Systems again.

Re-seller misrepresented their product… Re-seller misrepresented their product on Amazon. I ordered a refurbished computer system advertised as 2018 Dell tower. Found out it was actually manufactured in 2014. When received it was missing the keyboard and mouse. I notified seller of issue and they promptly offered a wireless keyboard and mouse upgrade and $100 if I would remove my unfavorable feedback. I agreed with the offer and complied by taking down my review. Received a regular keyboard and mouse and never got the $100 credit. They never responded to another email. Contacted Amazon. The said seller violated the rules by asking to take down feedback. Very untrustworthy. Do not buy product from Aventis Systems.

bad service after the sale ive had my computer for over a month now and still waiting for the parts that arrived broken. i have talked many times to customer service and keep getting the same story "i dont know why it hasnt shipped yet" twice i was supposed to get call back and still have not received one.

HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 not as expected I purchased a HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 with 6 1 TB drives and 32GB of Ram. 2 of the 6 1 TB drives were an older 3Gbs speed version which slows down the entire array. The biggest disappointment was the memory - only one of the 4 installed 8 GB modules is an original HP smart memory module since it is paired with generic non smart modules this similar to the drive speed mismatch makes it impossible for the memory to run at max intended speed.
