GBPoor customer service I reached out with a concern when I submitted my order and had to follow up twice before getting a terse response from Chad. He suggested the lack of response and lack of pricing clarity was my fault. When I called and emailed about Chad's poor customer service, someone started a ticket for a manager to help me—still no response after following up twice. I love to support small businesses but Aventis' customer service has been lacking in every regard.

GBStay far away from them Customer Service and Manger need to be fired! Do not bother ordering from them because nothing is their fault if something goes wrong, or I don't know forget to ship an item! Just read the reviews online about the company it says it all. Personal attacks? If your customer service team can lie to me and can't handle me calling them out on it, then they need to find another job not dealing with the public. YOUR COMPANY messed up and couldn't even own up to it. No stars would be a better option if I could choose it.

GBWorst company to deal with I had bough a HP desktop from Amazon and it was activated with windows now having windows activation issues I requested a windows key which is generally shipped with the computers but they are not helping.. I had to buy windows key .. BEAWARW

GBRe-seller misrepresented their product… Re-seller misrepresented their product on Amazon. I ordered a refurbished computer system advertised as 2018 Dell tower. Found out it was actually manufactured in 2014. When received it was missing the keyboard and mouse. I notified seller of issue and they promptly offered a wireless keyboard and mouse upgrade and $100 if I would remove my unfavorable feedback. I agreed with the offer and complied by taking down my review. Received a regular keyboard and mouse and never got the $100 credit. They never responded to another email. Contacted Amazon. The said seller violated the rules by asking to take down feedback. Very untrustworthy. Do not buy product from Aventis Systems.

GBTotal crooks Total crooks. Sent me the wrong equipment, then asked me to pay to send it back to them. Then when I opened a paypal dispute they declined to take back the items. Response: USPS will not take these they are too big and I was only provided with 1 label for two boxes. The UPS labels provided were addressed to myself, so you would have me send the boxes back to myself? Aventis could make this right by just scheduling a UPS pickup on their dime.
