AWThe server came in with a defective… The server came in with a defective hard drive. I prepaid for a new one. It has been since July of 2018, it is currently November 2018 and I’m still waiting for the refund of the returned defective part. I keep being told that they are reaching out to accounting ASAP.

THOrder this product model but get another product model and delay shipping I order the dell MD3800F 2 units. I've completed to confirm spec and payment done. After that, I waited for about 1 month. I received only 1 item and not MD3800F. The Aventis System sent me the MD3820F instead without letting me know before. I informed the sales person and opened the case with the support team. I waited for a reply for more than 1 week but no updates back. And suddenly the second MD3820F was sent to me again but I refused to accept the product because it was not exactly as I agreed to order from the beginning. I'm worried that Aventis Systems will abandon me, cheat me and including non-professional work. Where is my Dell MD3800F ?? Avantis must be responsible and resolve this problem for me urgently.

GBBait and Switch Bad Business Practice! Placed an order on Nov. 6, received tracking on Nov. 7. A week later my accounting department informed me they had refunded our money. I checked the tracking number and it was invalid. I then see that they are listing the 8 switches I purchased at $425 per unit, at a new price of $599 per unit. Customer service is unresponsive. The manager Jessica that I spoke with pretty much told me "nothing I can do". Sad, I was a repeat customer but never again. Buyer beware with this company. I see a lot of complaints on the BBB website as well!

GBGood for the small customer, too. We are really a small customer of Aventis Systems. But, they don't treat us that way. Pre-order consultation is great, orders (even custom ones) go smoothly, deliveries are prompt. All that you would expect from a successful vendor. But even for a small customer, the after-sale service, advice, consultation, technical assistance and support is far beyond what you would normally expect for the "little guys" - perhaps even exceeding what would be expected for the "big guys". We recommend Aventis Systems any chance we get. Kudos to Aventis Systems !

GBLowBall Liars and Super bad customer service This company is looking to lowball and lie to you on any platform that they are trying to sell to you from, especially ebay. They list a super low price and hen when you order it they cancel the order and say it is a bad shipping address and then have a sales rep contact you to hit you at double their low ball price. Their support either wont respond to you or they will tell you you have been refunded we wont give you any more information.
