HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 not as expected I purchased a HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 with 6 1 TB drives and 32GB of Ram. 2 of the 6 1 TB drives were an older 3Gbs speed version which slows down the entire array. The biggest disappointment was the memory - only one of the 4 installed 8 GB modules is an original HP smart memory module since it is paired with generic non smart modules this similar to the drive speed mismatch makes it impossible for the memory to run at max intended speed.

Total crooks Total crooks. Sent me the wrong equipment, then asked me to pay to send it back to them. Then when I opened a paypal dispute they declined to take back the items. Response: USPS will not take these they are too big and I was only provided with 1 label for two boxes. The UPS labels provided were addressed to myself, so you would have me send the boxes back to myself? Aventis could make this right by just scheduling a UPS pickup on their dime.

bad service after the sale ive had my computer for over a month now and still waiting for the parts that arrived broken. i have talked many times to customer service and keep getting the same story "i dont know why it hasnt shipped yet" twice i was supposed to get call back and still have not received one.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They continue to send me the 'same' wrong HP Monitor, so this appears to be intentional. Their customer service is terrible and has not addressed the issue. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning the monitor and ordering a new monitor. I will not be using Aventis Systems again.
