USPoor customer service I reached out with a concern when I submitted my order and had to follow up twice before getting a terse response from Chad. He suggested the lack of response and lack of pricing clarity was my fault. When I called and emailed about Chad's poor customer service, someone started a ticket for a manager to help me—still no response after following up twice. I love to support small businesses but Aventis' customer service has been lacking in every regard.

USGood for the small customer, too. We are really a small customer of Aventis Systems. But, they don't treat us that way. Pre-order consultation is great, orders (even custom ones) go smoothly, deliveries are prompt. All that you would expect from a successful vendor. But even for a small customer, the after-sale service, advice, consultation, technical assistance and support is far beyond what you would normally expect for the "little guys" - perhaps even exceeding what would be expected for the "big guys". We recommend Aventis Systems any chance we get. Kudos to Aventis Systems !

USbad service after the sale ive had my computer for over a month now and still waiting for the parts that arrived broken. i have talked many times to customer service and keep getting the same story "i dont know why it hasnt shipped yet" twice i was supposed to get call back and still have not received one.

USBait and Switch Bad Business Practice! Placed an order on Nov. 6, received tracking on Nov. 7. A week later my accounting department informed me they had refunded our money. I checked the tracking number and it was invalid. I then see that they are listing the 8 switches I purchased at $425 per unit, at a new price of $599 per unit. Customer service is unresponsive. The manager Jessica that I spoke with pretty much told me "nothing I can do". Sad, I was a repeat customer but never again. Buyer beware with this company. I see a lot of complaints on the BBB website as well!

USI bought a top of the line Latitude for… I bought a top of the line Latitude for my office. unfortunately received it with a dented jack on the power chord. I made several calls, was asked to send images of the jack/chord etc. It has taken several weeks, several complaints via phone from my end, many promises by guys Romeo, Zach etc. but a big ZERO in what they have been able to deliver. They failed to address something as trivial as a power chord........my sincere advice to anyone buying a refurbished Dell- DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTIS!!!!
