NLUnacceptable and very rude behaviour Unacceptable and very rude behaviour. (Netherlands office) Denied to replace a product within the 14 day limit, supposedly authorised a refund that never went through. I sat waiting for the courier to pick up the package but the courier never arrived and i later found out that that courier service did not even exist. Complete fraud and total loss of time. They are useless, the worst company i ever had to deal with. 7 months later, the problem still persists. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I cannot stress this enough.

AUDeceptive business practices - no way to cancel Deceptive business practices. Don't get caught out like I did. They LIE. They get you to sign up for a trial period, but demand you fill in legitimate payment details. For a trial? But, they promise you can cancel at any time before the payment is due. The problem is, they provide no way of doing said cancellation before the trial period ends. The links they provide only go to your account page, and the"purchased" software page. But guess what, it doesn't contain the trial software (which didn't actually work BTW). So I try to go to the payment page. This only confirms a payment will be taken soon, and there is no way to stop it, except transfer from paypal to c/card or vice-versa. Is this a legalised scam or what?.

GBDigital River handle Logitech sales in uk, AVOID! Purchased directly via Logitech uk site, no update on my order status after a week and so checked the email to note in the smaller print that orders are managed in the UK by Digital River, never heard of them and hope to not again. Won’t buy from Logitech site again.

CASHAM order processing/online shop operator These guys operate the onkine store for trend micro and process the payments on they behalf... O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡 ***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024*** I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts…. And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER and they “automated” email messaging centre DOESNT RECOGNIZE the “order number”

GBThey took unauthorised payment from my account They took payment from my account, no reference, no idea what it was for. Had to close my account to stop this happening again. 1 star because I couldn’t give them less
