I am absolutely furious that my elderly… I am absolutely furious that my elderly mother has had funds taken from her account, without permission using a different company name. AVG was blocked from her bank account earlier this year. She has had no service, despite paying £149.97 in total. This is an absolute con. I agree, the lack of contact details is telling. Leaving vulnerable people, who are not computer literate stressed and anxious about how to stop money being taken from their bank accounts. Quite honestly, this is daylight robbery! I would be grateful if an advisor could contact me ASAP.

This is a dirty company This is a dirty company , they automatically renewed something with me that I had not requested. I have reported them to PayPal for now. They have robbed me of $90 and I have had no response from this horrible company, I want my money back you frigging thevies.

Digitalriver protecting scammers. I got scammed by a company called PassFab who use DigitalRiver product MyCommerce. I sought technical assistance at myCommerce, and unfortunately they closed the case without any explanation. Seems like Digitalriver supporting and protecting scammers. Be aware of them please.

I purchased a product from Avast via… I purchased a product from Avast via Digital River, but the transaction wasn't completed properly. Money was deducted, but I wasn't redirected to the Avast website. It's surprising that they lack a system to check transaction success and issue automatic refunds. Now, I'm spending time contacting parties instead of simply renewing my antivirus.
