Digital River handle Logitech sales in uk, AVOID! Purchased directly via Logitech uk site, no update on my order status after a week and so checked the email to note in the smaller print that orders are managed in the UK by Digital River, never heard of them and hope to not again. Won’t buy from Logitech site again.

O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡 ***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024*** I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts…. And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER and they “automated” email messaging centre DOESNT RECOGNIZE the “order number”

From a $2.99 (supposedly free)photo software, to $59.99us monthly subscription, Canceling V/difficult I went from a supposedly free trial, to a charge of $2.99 for a photo software enhancer. Then suddenly charged monthly a fee of $59.99US by Digital Rivers. When I tried to unsubscribe from the software, it was hard to do through the Digital Rivers commerce sight. So I canceled through PayPal and requested a partial refund. Then I noticed another carrier had slipped into my Pay Pal account asking for same amount? I canceled that too. Looking at others feedback, it would seem they are scamming others too. I saw they made $300+ million last year! BEWARE of any subscription that links back to digital river inc. and their partners.

I am absolutely furious that my elderly… I am absolutely furious that my elderly mother has had funds taken from her account, without permission using a different company name. AVG was blocked from her bank account earlier this year. She has had no service, despite paying £149.97 in total. This is an absolute con. I agree, the lack of contact details is telling. Leaving vulnerable people, who are not computer literate stressed and anxious about how to stop money being taken from their bank accounts. Quite honestly, this is daylight robbery! I would be grateful if an advisor could contact me ASAP.
