GBI am absolutely furious that my elderly… I am absolutely furious that my elderly mother has had funds taken from her account, without permission using a different company name. AVG was blocked from her bank account earlier this year. She has had no service, despite paying £149.97 in total. This is an absolute con. I agree, the lack of contact details is telling. Leaving vulnerable people, who are not computer literate stressed and anxious about how to stop money being taken from their bank accounts. Quite honestly, this is daylight robbery! I would be grateful if an advisor could contact me ASAP.

NLUnacceptable and very rude behaviour Unacceptable and very rude behaviour. (Netherlands office) Denied to replace a product within the 14 day limit, supposedly authorised a refund that never went through. I sat waiting for the courier to pick up the package but the courier never arrived and i later found out that that courier service did not even exist. Complete fraud and total loss of time. They are useless, the worst company i ever had to deal with. 7 months later, the problem still persists. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I cannot stress this enough.

ZAThese A-holes need to go to jail!! These A-holes need to go to jail!!! For more than a year they've been debiting my credit card, after I cancelled my subscription only two days after starting their useless service... Don't bother joining, they promise results, but don't give any!!! MF Nothing other than scammers!!!

GBBe very carful if using this company as… The "auto-renewal" feature is something to be avoided. Auto-renewal not something I was expecting to come across as most companies are now well aware that buyers of good/services see this as a fraudulent practice. I did manage to cancel my subscription but it took time to get back into my account. Be wary of any company that uses auto-renewals, they are really hoping you forget to cancel and so keep taking your money each month. Remember, "ethical" companies don't use "iffy" practices.

ATFlawless experience - top marks. Having read the reviews, I was quite concerned, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. Ordered a laptop to spec via Lenovo's Irish site and it was delivered from Hong Kong ahead of the estimated delivery time. Moreover, e-mail updates were frequent and precise.
