FIWould give 0 starts if I could Would give 0 starts if I could. Please do not ever use Adobe if you want to stay sane go get a different software please. Adobe has dozens of glitches and bugs that make it painstakingly hard to get anything done also it just randomly freezes and shutdown on you for no apparent reason deleting all your unsaved work. Adobe seems like a great software to use on the outside but it really suck not worth the money.

GBprompt reply but did not read customer contact not a bad product, i have a subscription however my log in details no longer exist, i have tried to let them know my mobile and email address has changed but there chat fuction is useless and they wont allow me to speak to anyone if i am not logged in, see the problem lol. i can of course re purchase the product which is just not fair. nice product shame about customer service. Adobe replied promptly however they did not read my message i said i cannot change my details as i cannot log in with my old details as they no longer exist. a phone number would be nice.

GBI'm sick to death of Adobe I'm sick to death of Adobe. The only reason what so ever I use their software is to esign documents. There's no way to just get this single feature, instead, I'm paying $10 a month in perpetuity because they hold a monopoly over a single file format. I don't want 100GB of storage. I don't want access to 20 other apps. I want this one single thing, and when I go to cancel, I get cornered with early cancellation fees.
