What happened?! I finally decided to purchase a Vimeo membership so I can host my videos somewhere that is professional and reliable. My mistake! Every single design change since I first used Vimeo has been turned into something worse. Even just ordering and presenting videos on my profile (the ONLY thing I need the site for) is impossibly clunky and frustrating. I simply can't understand the choices at work here that seem designed to sabotage something that should be very simple.

Terrible site and even worse customer… Terrible site and even worse customer service. I am not a fan of Youtube and it's business practices, but vimeo is just pure garbage. Uploads fail after taking forever. Videos get removed without notice for bogus reasons. You could post a video of a butterfly in the air and it might get removed for violating their terms on posting about elections. And good luck trying to appeal anything, even their auto-responding bots are condescending jerks.

I made a subscription to watch karate… I made a subscription to watch karate videos through Vimeo. In January 2024, I attempted to watch the videos and in attempting to do so, it said that my subscription had expired. What I didn’t realise was that Vimeo was continuing to take payments out of my account every month even though I couldn’t watch the videos. It is very difficult to contact Vimeo apart from speaking to a robot. I am still trying to sort out the problem.

I wouldn't chose this product solely based on your advert.. I wouldn't chose this product solely on your new advert.. As a white English male the product is clearly not aimed at me then. Your advertisement features three black people an Asian person and a Chinese person.. So I feel excluded.
