Vimeo will not let you cancel… Vimeo will not let you cancel subscriptions. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 years. Also, don’t give them any account information. They will continuously charge you. Also, it is very difficult to find any way to contact Vimeo if something is going wrong with their service. Don’t set up any subscriptions with Vimeo and don’t give them any credit card or bank account numbers.

Really disappointed with Vimeo Really disappointed with Vimeo. I have been a member since the early days and it was easily the best player. I ended up going to a PRO account to take advantage of the VOD but when that lapsed Vimeo basically took away most of my videos - leaving just the more recent ones - and said I can have my videos back if I pay again. Isn't this akin to a ransom note? It's a really terrible policy. What happened to Vimeo? Used to be great...

Terrible customer support. Terrible customer support. I've reached out to Vimeo via email on two occasions. The first time, I waited two weeks for a response. Now, it's been a week since my second inquiry, even after sending a follow-up email, and I've yet to hear back. It's important to mention that we are paying customers, and our e-learning business heavily relies on Vimeo for our videos. I'm seriously considering transferring my videos to a different platform.

Vimeo stopped accepting my payment information Vimeo stopped accepting my payment information (both card and PayPal) for no reason at all since I've been able to pay for VOD's for years with the same information. It does not work, even if I create a new account or test a new browser. The payment information works on every other website/vendor. The quality of the service has gone down significantly just these last few months. I hope that editors and video creators look for another platform to post content.

What happened?! I finally decided to purchase a Vimeo membership so I can host my videos somewhere that is professional and reliable. My mistake! Every single design change since I first used Vimeo has been turned into something worse. Even just ordering and presenting videos on my profile (the ONLY thing I need the site for) is impossibly clunky and frustrating. I simply can't understand the choices at work here that seem designed to sabotage something that should be very simple.
