AVOID AT ALL COSTS The reviews are… AVOID AT ALL COSTS The reviews are telling consumers to stay away and there is a reason. Vimeo has NO real response; we have problems with the player that have now caused real problems for our business. We have now tried to communicate to get the issues resolved, and they have done nothing. One generic email in over two weeks. We have had to move our entire video content to another platform. Once a reliable brand years ago, it is now absolutely useless. As we have paid for a year and as the functions are not working and they wont reply. They won't even reply to a refund. All the bad reviews are right. If only I had seen this before signing up. They should be ashamed of their business conduct there are no values or no care at all. On research, there are so many alternatives, better costs, service and just as good quality 0/10

Terrible site and even worse customer… Terrible site and even worse customer service. I am not a fan of Youtube and it's business practices, but vimeo is just pure garbage. Uploads fail after taking forever. Videos get removed without notice for bogus reasons. You could post a video of a butterfly in the air and it might get removed for violating their terms on posting about elections. And good luck trying to appeal anything, even their auto-responding bots are condescending jerks.

Really disappointed with Vimeo Really disappointed with Vimeo. I have been a member since the early days and it was easily the best player. I ended up going to a PRO account to take advantage of the VOD but when that lapsed Vimeo basically took away most of my videos - leaving just the more recent ones - and said I can have my videos back if I pay again. Isn't this akin to a ransom note? It's a really terrible policy. What happened to Vimeo? Used to be great...

Avoid these scammers Not only the site is full of GLITCHES. While you are uploading a video you can't write information about it, you have start all over again, because they CANT COPE WITH THE SIMPLE DEMAND. MOREOVER, I have had a subscription for YEARS with this company. They sent me a notification saying that the music I was using in a video was claimed by someone, but they don't provide documents, names or PROOF. Just a link to a video that one could barely understand what was it about. I got the music from a creative commons directory, but, what does Vimeo do? They remove the video. No proof, no evidence, no discussion. It almost feels like this company is from the country that goes around the world doing whatever they want... oh wait, of course. Gringolandia. Who do you think you are?

Vimeo will not let you cancel… Vimeo will not let you cancel subscriptions. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 years. Also, don’t give them any account information. They will continuously charge you. Also, it is very difficult to find any way to contact Vimeo if something is going wrong with their service. Don’t set up any subscriptions with Vimeo and don’t give them any credit card or bank account numbers.
