GBHAVING TO MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH COURT I cancelled my account when I received an invoice showing that my fees had increased nearly 3-fold. Their excuse was that their operating costs had increased but they had not notified me in advance and just took the money. I cancelled my account immediately and I have been chasing for a refund (as per their Ts & Cs) for 7 months - no response to e-mails, chat function doesn't work etc. I'm off to court now. DO NOT USE!

GBStay away from Justcloud Stay away. Rubbish service. Needed to restore my music library only to find that the restore function wouldn't allow me to access all my files. In total I estimate about 10,000 missing or inaccessible. Responses to my emails have been rubbish. Lots of excuses but no solutions. Would give 0 stars if I could

INGood online backup provider I have been using Just cloud for last 6 years. I had started using this app when they used to charge $1/month but now they have increased the prices substantially. Till now, I haven't faced any service or payment related issues. Features: There are couple of features, which are missing in this application, VIZ, file search option is not there - every time I need to check the folders to look for a particular file; backup from hard disk is not free - they charge additional fees for this; Sync folder does not work and also there is no option to create a folder online. Plus points Just cloud allow users to backup n number of machines - one at a time by transfer the license, which is one of the best feature; also during the backup, it automatically replaces the older version of file; compare to other provider, upload time is less - no throttle.

GBAbsolutely terrible - complete SCAM Absolutely terrible. Their system was rubbish. It took ages to upload anything and trying to retrieve files was so slow it was pretty much useless. They kept taking additional amounts of money out of my bank which had nothing to do with my subscription. After I cancelled my subscription and set it to not renew, they continued to take more money from me. I have managed to get some of the money back but still outstanding some. Their support chat doesn't work - no one has ever answered it. Their support email address no longer exists. They are a complete SCAM, stay away!

GBsimpy the worst people i have ever dealt with they harass me daily with insanity . i tell them to leave me alone but they refuse to. someone claiming to be "gabriel" repeatedly makes threatening emails and then emails again to say he was only joking. i keep "unsubscribing" but emailing them to leave me alone, but it doesn't end. serious psychotics here. best never let them know who you are
