Data was lost Data was lost. When notified they said they restored the data. They didn't. I unticked the auto-renew checkbox and received an email from the company stating they tried renewing my account a few weeks later. It seems you have to go through a customer service agent before you can cancel your account and that requires a lot of pushing back and demanding they cancel your account. Its not pleasant and not worth the effort.

simpy the worst people i have ever dealt with they harass me daily with insanity . i tell them to leave me alone but they refuse to. someone claiming to be "gabriel" repeatedly makes threatening emails and then emails again to say he was only joking. i keep "unsubscribing" but emailing them to leave me alone, but it doesn't end. serious psychotics here. best never let them know who you are

Poor if not fraudulent practises from Justcloud. I had cancelled my account two weeks ago and then this morning discovered that they had managed to access my credit card again and have taken two years subscription. Also, Justcloud do not allow you to download all of your files at once unless you complain and then they give you access. Don't waste your money with this company...........they are also very expensive.

AVOID Justcloud AVOID Justcloud! They decided this year to double the amount they took from my account without warning or authorisation. The annual renewal email did not advise of any price rise and there is no response from their billing or customer service department. The chat feature no longer works. The listed telephone number is not valid and this company doesn't actually exist at the location they list on their invoices. I've had to contact my bank and raise a Credit Card dispute plus put a vendor block on Justcloud.com. The actual cloud backups appears to be working just fine, backed up files are still available even the ones backed up many years ago, but their financial behaviour is fraudulent and there is no response from this 'company'. Avoid this company.

HAVING TO MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH COURT I cancelled my account when I received an invoice showing that my fees had increased nearly 3-fold. Their excuse was that their operating costs had increased but they had not notified me in advance and just took the money. I cancelled my account immediately and I have been chasing for a refund (as per their Ts & Cs) for 7 months - no response to e-mails, chat function doesn't work etc. I'm off to court now. DO NOT USE!
