Dishonest company Justcloud.com market their 'Unlimited' backup product(s) as totally unlimited, then hide 'fair usage' restrictions in the 'small print' of their terms and conditions. Mobile phone companies for example have similar agreements, but this doesn't make Justcloud's any less underhand. JustCloud are impossible to get hold of on the phone and awful to deal with via email. Yet when you're account is up for renewal they never leave you alone. A terrible experience and never to be repeated. I also reported them to the UK's Trading Standards and I think everyone with a similar complaint should do the same, otherwise they will just carry on profiting from underhand (and hopefully soon to be illegal) practices. One star is too much.

Absolutely terrible - complete SCAM Absolutely terrible. Their system was rubbish. It took ages to upload anything and trying to retrieve files was so slow it was pretty much useless. They kept taking additional amounts of money out of my bank which had nothing to do with my subscription. After I cancelled my subscription and set it to not renew, they continued to take more money from me. I have managed to get some of the money back but still outstanding some. Their support chat doesn't work - no one has ever answered it. Their support email address no longer exists. They are a complete SCAM, stay away!

DREADFUL.. DREADFUL... The worst company I've ever dealt with. It must tell you what they're like if over 90% of their reviews rate them as POOR. Hopefully people will list to the average person, who is driven to write and give such poor reviews, and with a bit of luck save themselves the terrible experience I've had. Even now I've left, and emailed them to close my account, they still keep emailing me, and it's literally impossible to get to the Unsubscribe option on their site. Rubbish, Rubbish, Rubbish.

Tripled the cost with a delete warning It was working well for several years. I jave payed 89USD every Year via Paypal. All of the sudden they charge $226.56, nearly triple the amount from before and warn to delete my files if i do not pay this emediately! This are Criminals!

TOTAL SCAM- No service at all My computer crashed on March 12th. I contacted them on March 13th because I was unable to access my backups. Was told they were migrating servers and it would take some time but I would have access to my data. I had to pay for a recovery service, lost tons of work time, had to spend hours recreating work, and months passed going back and forth with these people. I never received a refund, or credit, and after sending NUMEROUS cancellation emails as my renewal approached, these people have charged me once again for this TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE.
