GBJust Cloud Scam If you’ve ever had any dealings with this company check your PayPal account to ensure you don’t have a ‘pre-arranged payment’ with Just Cloud. Four years ago I signed up for a free trial and then out of the blue, and having never used their services, I received a message from PayPal yesterday telling me £120 had been paid for my ongoing subscription to Just Cloud. After a whole afternoon of back and forth emails and the threat of reporting them to the ombudsman they eventually refunded me my money (though at first they only refunded 50% of the payment). Just Cloud is a scam. Do not sign up for anything with them, not even their ‘free trials’.

INTripled the cost with a delete warning It was working well for several years. I jave payed 89USD every Year via Paypal. All of the sudden they charge $226.56, nearly triple the amount from before and warn to delete my files if i do not pay this emediately! This are Criminals!

GBsimpy the worst people i have ever dealt with they harass me daily with insanity . i tell them to leave me alone but they refuse to. someone claiming to be "gabriel" repeatedly makes threatening emails and then emails again to say he was only joking. i keep "unsubscribing" but emailing them to leave me alone, but it doesn't end. serious psychotics here. best never let them know who you are

GBHAVING TO MAKE A CLAIM THROUGH COURT I cancelled my account when I received an invoice showing that my fees had increased nearly 3-fold. Their excuse was that their operating costs had increased but they had not notified me in advance and just took the money. I cancelled my account immediately and I have been chasing for a refund (as per their Ts & Cs) for 7 months - no response to e-mails, chat function doesn't work etc. I'm off to court now. DO NOT USE!

GBTOTAL SCAM- No service at all My computer crashed on March 12th. I contacted them on March 13th because I was unable to access my backups. Was told they were migrating servers and it would take some time but I would have access to my data. I had to pay for a recovery service, lost tons of work time, had to spend hours recreating work, and months passed going back and forth with these people. I never received a refund, or credit, and after sending NUMEROUS cancellation emails as my renewal approached, these people have charged me once again for this TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE.
