Absolutely terrible - complete SCAM Absolutely terrible. Their system was rubbish. It took ages to upload anything and trying to retrieve files was so slow it was pretty much useless. They kept taking additional amounts of money out of my bank which had nothing to do with my subscription. After I cancelled my subscription and set it to not renew, they continued to take more money from me. I have managed to get some of the money back but still outstanding some. Their support chat doesn't work - no one has ever answered it. Their support email address no longer exists. They are a complete SCAM, stay away!

Just Cloud Scam If you’ve ever had any dealings with this company check your PayPal account to ensure you don’t have a ‘pre-arranged payment’ with Just Cloud. Four years ago I signed up for a free trial and then out of the blue, and having never used their services, I received a message from PayPal yesterday telling me £120 had been paid for my ongoing subscription to Just Cloud. After a whole afternoon of back and forth emails and the threat of reporting them to the ombudsman they eventually refunded me my money (though at first they only refunded 50% of the payment). Just Cloud is a scam. Do not sign up for anything with them, not even their ‘free trials’.

Tripled the cost with a delete warning It was working well for several years. I jave payed 89USD every Year via Paypal. All of the sudden they charge $226.56, nearly triple the amount from before and warn to delete my files if i do not pay this emediately! This are Criminals!

Stay Clear of JustCloud I used JustCloud for more than a decade, mostly as a backup of a backup. Then I saw an unexpectedly high charge from JustCloud on my credit card statement. I could not immediately verify it and suspected fraud, so I cancelled the credit card. After reaching JustCloud support I requested that my subscription be cancelled along with a full refund. As they suggested, I downloaded my data, informed them and repeated my request for a refund. I have repeatedly contacted them via email but have received no response. And no phone number is listed on their website. Stay away from this company!

Good online backup provider I have been using Just cloud for last 6 years. I had started using this app when they used to charge $1/month but now they have increased the prices substantially. Till now, I haven't faced any service or payment related issues. Features: There are couple of features, which are missing in this application, VIZ, file search option is not there - every time I need to check the folders to look for a particular file; backup from hard disk is not free - they charge additional fees for this; Sync folder does not work and also there is no option to create a folder online. Plus points Just cloud allow users to backup n number of machines - one at a time by transfer the license, which is one of the best feature; also during the backup, it automatically replaces the older version of file; compare to other provider, upload time is less - no throttle.
