IEI ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

IEOrdered 2 items on website. Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!

GB0/5 Ordered items through fruggo 0/5 Ordered items through fruggo, so mystified that fragrance express were the seller. Avoid at all costs. 50.00 of shampoo and conditioner never arrived. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.

GBThe product did not come in its… The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top. I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review. Be responsive to your customers.
