GBI purchased shampoo and conditioner and… I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.

IEOrdered 2 items on website. Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!

GBRegardless of what other buyers have… Regardless of what other buyers have said about this seller, all our friends and us have been buying from them for the past 20 years and always had a very pleasant and fantastic experience. Fragranceexpress.com has always answered their phone and have always helped with any questions and their shipping is fast to anywhere in the world. Their goods are authentic. There are many customers that want something for free and claim to have received a fake or damaged item just to get the item or items for free.That happens in every venue; but it does not give customers the right to post reviews saying "fake" to harm sellers that sell their products in the e-commerce venues and that are selling authentic goods.

GBI GOT SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY!!!! I Ordered Dior homme original like the picture showed on the website but they sent me Dior Homme 2020 (completely different scent). I reached out to customer service to voice their mistake. A guy by the name of Jack reached back out to me via email (jack at fragranceexpress.com) and gave me a few options to resolve the issue. I responded back 3 times without a response from Jack. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I guess I'm stuck with this fragrance that I didn't order. So I was a victim of false advertisement on their website and then their customer service screwed me over as well.
