Very please with my experience at fragrance express - my order was at my house before I even realized it shipped. They carried the products I wanted - Olaplex No. 4, No. 5 and No.6, had all of them in stock, and for lower prices than anywhere else. And they were delivered faster than Sephora, Ulta, or anywhere else I've bought them from before. What more could you want?! Definitely will be buying again when I need to restock.

I ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

I was surprised to find such a great deal that I purchased more than I originally planned. Everything was delivered promptly with free shipping. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.
