I had an ordinaray experience with… I had an ordinaray experience with Fragrance Express. I bought a few prdocuts from their website, and the overall expeerience was almost good. The prdoucts arrived in a timely manner and the quality was decent. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but I guess that's what you geet with luxury products. Overal, by the end of my experiece I was overall satisfied. I would overall recommend to try them out, especially if you are looking for xclusivity. Ovrerall a good expereince.

0/5 Ordered items through fruggo 0/5 Ordered items through fruggo, so mystified that fragrance express were the seller. Avoid at all costs. 50.00 of shampoo and conditioner never arrived. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.

I purchased shampoo and conditioner and… I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.

I ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?
