I came across Fragrance Express looking… I came across Fragrance Express looking for a good deal on Image products. I was surprised to find such a great deal that I purchased more than I originally planned. Everything was delivered promptly with free shipping. My products arrived well packaged and in good condition. All expiration dates are mid 2022. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

0/5 Ordered items through fruggo 0/5 Ordered items through fruggo, so mystified that fragrance express were the seller. Avoid at all costs. 50.00 of shampoo and conditioner never arrived. Fruggo have ignored 2 weeks of emails. I have never experienced such poor service. Have involved PayPal to resolve.

Fast shipping and well packaged! Placed an order for nail polish. Received it within just a couple of days (DURING the covid pandemic) and it was wrapped twice tightly in big bubble wrap to ensure the polish didn't break during transit. Thank you!! You guys are amazing, and now I have the color I wanted (at a great price) in time for my wedding day!

Happy accident? I accidentally ordered a bottle of Dolce and Gabbana instead of Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue. I caught the mistake soon after ordering so tried to contact the company to make the correction but never heard back. Ended up trying the D&G when it arrived and I like it so it’s not the end of the world. Everything else went fine, just wish I would’ve gotten some type of response.
