Very please with my experience at fragrance express - my order was at my house before I even realized it shipped. They carried the products I wanted - Olaplex No. 4, No. 5 and No.6, had all of them in stock, and for lower prices than anywhere else. And they were delivered faster than Sephora, Ulta, or anywhere else I've bought them from before. What more could you want?! Definitely will be buying again when I need to restock.

I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top. I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review. Be responsive to your customers.
