I love my monthly fragrance… I love my monthly fragrance subscriptions! I'm a member of two different fragrance subscriptions right now - ScentBox being my favorite one. I really like that they have the option of receiving 1, 2 or 3 scents and month. They have a great selection of designer and niche houses. And they send a travel case for each fragrance you get. Shipping is really quick too. You can pause or cancel your subscription very easily as well. Highly recommend!

I love ScentBox! I love ScentBox! I received my first monthly subscription last month and happened to dislike one scent, despite researching the notes and reading reviews for it across multiple sites. ScentBox offers exchanges and I was able to get a new scent scent to me! Other scent subscription sites don't offer that, OR half the fragrance selection that ScentBox has. They ship their packages when they say they will (which sounds like bare minimum but it's more than I can say about their competitors).

It’s one thing to smell fragrances sprayed on a sample card at a counter, but with my subscription, I’m able to actually try these fragrances out to see which ones I really like. All while building my own scent library. Love the concept and executed well!

Impossible to contact anyone Didn't have a great experience. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, sent multiple emails and have yet to hear back. I decided to cancel my son's subscription and will be using a different company. Unsure if we will get his February shipment that has already been paid for.

No way to contact company I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but my order from 11/22/22 supposedly shipped the next day but was just now received on 12/31/22. I’m not sure how shipping takes over a month, but I was never contacted or updated. The “contact us” link on the website doesn’t work so there’s no way to speak to a representative. Never had a problem in the past but now I’m hesitant to use in the future. They clearly have no problem taking my monthly payment despite not receiving the previous months supply.
