Poor Customer Sevice from Tracy Backstory: started an exchange because I didn’t care for one of the scents I received. I placed the package in a USPS drop box the same day my return label was created. It has been over two weeks and the USPS still has not scanned my label. Obviously this is not Scentbox’s fault. I received an email from Scentbox saying that I still had not returned my item and the label needed to be used within 5 days or it would expire. I respond because I am concerned with it being over that period. I asked if I would have a problem with my return on their end since it has been over the label expiration period. The response I got was a rep rudely saying that I would get my exchange item once the original is returned. Since that didn’t answer my question (her response was obvious… why wouldn’t I know that?) I asked if USPS would have an issue with my label since they are saying it’s expires. The woman tells me to ask USPS. HUH?! SCENTBOX is telling me that the label expires in 5 days, not USPS, so why in the world would I call them about a package that they haven’t scanned yet asking if the label expires? The customer service I have experienced is subpar to say the very least. I had already made my choice to restart my premium service with Scentbox as opposed to Scentbird but I’ve changed my mind. Thanks for such a great experience Tracy. I hope I’m selected for a survey.

Great subscription if you want to try… Great subscription if you want to try out a scent or just have a great selection of scents at a reasonable price.Overall it’s a great company authentic products and a great selection.I recommend

What a fantastic company I just signed up for Scentbox.com to try out some new fragrances in February. My very first box was lost by USPS and I fought with the postal service for 3 weeks before I finally reached out to Scentbox. they immediately apologized for the issue with USPS and told me next time done wait to reach out to them, and sent me another box! The owners of the company sent me an email asking how my experience has gone. I felt that was very positive on their end. When I told them what had happened they personally had looked into it and saw I was being taken care by one of their team members. Honestly I have never been treated so good by any other company that does things like this. Most of them have told me "good luck" if I lost my package or didn't receive the product. I am currently sharing this company with all my friends and family.

SUPERB service ! The whole idea of picking a scent monthly to try and the option of buying a bottle of something you really like is such neat idea and even better, if you don’t care for the scent there are free exchanges. Aside of how it all works, I have to say the customer service is spot on! I had an issue recently, so I reached out via email and received a response rather quickly. AND I must say, the way it was handled….. SUPERB!!! Was told it would be handled in 7-10 days, issue was actually handled in 1day. ONE ! I would tell anyone to just try Scent Box If it’s not for you, you’re not locked in to anything.

Terrible first impression Terrible first impression! Placed order on 8th December, order in the group not due to be sent out the 21st. Not informed of any delays until the 21st itself, delay now '4-5' business days. Really disappointed that something ordered on the 8th December now most likely won't arrive until around a month later with bank holidays factored in too. Was really excited for this, which felt like such a great idea.
