GBWhat a fantastic company I just signed up for Scentbox.com to try out some new fragrances in February. My very first box was lost by USPS and I fought with the postal service for 3 weeks before I finally reached out to Scentbox. they immediately apologized for the issue with USPS and told me next time done wait to reach out to them, and sent me another box! The owners of the company sent me an email asking how my experience has gone. I felt that was very positive on their end. When I told them what had happened they personally had looked into it and saw I was being taken care by one of their team members. Honestly I have never been treated so good by any other company that does things like this. Most of them have told me "good luck" if I lost my package or didn't receive the product. I am currently sharing this company with all my friends and family.

It’s one thing to smell fragrances sprayed on a sample card at a counter, but with my subscription, I’m able to actually try these fragrances out to see which ones I really like. All while building my own scent library. Love the concept and executed well!

GBSUPERB service ! The whole idea of picking a scent monthly to try and the option of buying a bottle of something you really like is such neat idea and even better, if you don’t care for the scent there are free exchanges. Aside of how it all works, I have to say the customer service is spot on! I had an issue recently, so I reached out via email and received a response rather quickly. AND I must say, the way it was handled….. SUPERB!!! Was told it would be handled in 7-10 days, issue was actually handled in 1day. ONE ! I would tell anyone to just try Scent Box If it’s not for you, you’re not locked in to anything.

GBI love ScentBox! I love ScentBox! I received my first monthly subscription last month and happened to dislike one scent, despite researching the notes and reading reviews for it across multiple sites. ScentBox offers exchanges and I was able to get a new scent scent to me! Other scent subscription sites don't offer that, OR half the fragrance selection that ScentBox has. They ship their packages when they say they will (which sounds like bare minimum but it's more than I can say about their competitors).

GBI’ve Found The One! I’m loving my new subscription to ScentBox! I love the opportunity to try scents before purchasing. Scentbox provides details on scents that I normally wouldn’t receive from a sales associate in a department store. I’m able to identify scent notes of each fragrance to match with my personality before buying. Love the concept. Love the service. My latest scent is Dolce & Gabbana’s The One. And indeed, I have found the one scent that’s just right for me. Can’t wait to order full bottle! Excited to see what new treasure I’ll discover in the next shipment. I’m a subscriber for life!
