GBGone downhill, still okay Full sized items are nice, but I really don't feel like my personalization quiz is taken into account like, at all. Less recognizable brands over time as well.

GBThe Boxycharm and my opinion-to-use a… The Boxycharm site is easy-to-use and as a customer it's truly appreciated. I enjoy every product I get unfortunately there's times that money's to tight so I have to skip a few months. I enjoy that I might have the opportunity at a later date to purchase boxes I've missed out on. Now the only complaint I have is since the years I've been a customer I've not received 2 of my boxes and I sent an email but never heard back. I'm working so much that I couldn't remember to keep on it so never did get them. Otherwise I have been a very happy customer.

GBBoxy has definitely changed its overall… Boxy has definitely changed its overall quality over the time ive received my Boxy Charm boxes. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the changes have been for the better. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up several times. I would love to see the quality of the items and packaging go back to what it was when Boxy Charm first started.🙏🏼

GBI love getting name brands and i love… I love getting name brands and i love trying new things. One thing I don't like is the repeat items. Whether it be repeat items from Ipsy, previous Boxy boxes, or purchases. There are many,many items I don't have that I could receive, but don't. I also am not happy about the continuous price increases over the past several years without noticeable improvement in shipping, repeat items, etc.

GBOutstanding customer service I had to contact them to make sure I received my points for my sister joining under my name, and the lady was very helpful and eager to help, most importantly. Very sweet and went out of her way!!
