GBThe Boxycharm and my opinion-to-use a… The Boxycharm site is easy-to-use and as a customer it's truly appreciated. I enjoy every product I get unfortunately there's times that money's to tight so I have to skip a few months. I enjoy that I might have the opportunity at a later date to purchase boxes I've missed out on. Now the only complaint I have is since the years I've been a customer I've not received 2 of my boxes and I sent an email but never heard back. I'm working so much that I couldn't remember to keep on it so never did get them. Otherwise I have been a very happy customer.

GBApparently y’all run out of products… Apparently y’all run out of products that people actually picked them send them repeat items. Recently y’all gave me my money back which is good but if you don’t have the items anymore from choice, either give credits or a refund

GBSomething palpable has changed…boxy… Something palpable has changed…boxy feels exactly like Ipsy, now. The support isn’t as good, products take months to ship (even tho they charge your acct), I’ve gotten doubles for weeks in a row, the choices are as much of a choice as it appears…I just feel like they’re trying to get scam me sometimes.

GBBeginning of membership was great, now if I receive my box I'm happy When I first started my membership I was charged on the 1st of each month and had my box by the 15th. The last 3 months I've been charged on the 1st and not received my box or received it at the 1st of following month. Also when you try to contact customer support it's difficult to get any help or have a resolution. Frustrated over the lack of getting help or being able to speak to a person. Months go by without getting a box but charged.
