GBI enjoy my boxy but for the past 4… I enjoy my boxy but for the past 4 months I have been not happy because #1 not getting my choice item or #2 not getting my drop shop bogo’s or items . The 6$ credit doesn’t pay for the choice item, and getting partial refunds on my drop shop orders is annoying

GBApparently y’all run out of products… Apparently y’all run out of products that people actually picked them send them repeat items. Recently y’all gave me my money back which is good but if you don’t have the items anymore from choice, either give credits or a refund

GBGone downhill, still okay Full sized items are nice, but I really don't feel like my personalization quiz is taken into account like, at all. Less recognizable brands over time as well.

GBEnjoy the variety of products and bands I enjoy the variety of products and introduction to new brands. Both the basic and premium November boxes offered this variety. I cannot provide a 5 star rating because some of the products I received were in direct conflict with my beauty profile.

I also love getting so many full sized products many worth more than one months subscription. Everything always comes sealed with a description anc retail value. I also love that I have been a subscriber for 3 years now and have never received the same product twice and almost every month receive a brand new full-sized eye palette.
