GBI used to love getting this box 😭 I used to love getting this box bc there were always unique and exciting products. The quality is great and value overall. The products have become repetitive and boring. I know I will ALWAYS get a face serum, a neutral palette, a setting spray ect. There’s nothing to look forward to anymore. The December luxe box is something I look forward to but it was so disappointing. Nothing special, nothing glitzy for the holidays, just basic makeup and skincare. I end up giving most of my items away. Please spice up the products and make it more interesting and unique!

GBWorth considering if you're on a budget I recently ordered some cosmetics from this online shop and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the prices were quite competitive. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, and the packaging was not a graet experience. While I appreciate the affordable prices, I would have preferred to pay a bit more for a more reliable experience. Overall, I would say that this shop is worth considering if you're on a budget, but be aware that there may be some hiccups along the way.

GBBoxy has definitely changed its overall… Boxy has definitely changed its overall quality over the time ive received my Boxy Charm boxes. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the changes have been for the better. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up several times. I would love to see the quality of the items and packaging go back to what it was when Boxy Charm first started.🙏🏼

GBBeginning of membership was great, now if I receive my box I'm happy When I first started my membership I was charged on the 1st of each month and had my box by the 15th. The last 3 months I've been charged on the 1st and not received my box or received it at the 1st of following month. Also when you try to contact customer support it's difficult to get any help or have a resolution. Frustrated over the lack of getting help or being able to speak to a person. Months go by without getting a box but charged.
