This website is excellent This website is excellent. I have used it for about 5 years and have never had any problems. The products I order are not stocked in department stores like Myer - discontinued line - so this option was suggested. One of my better decisions.

Rubbish Rubbish - pretends to be a Singapore company (.com.sg) - and says they will deliver in days - they don't - their courier doesn't have a domain, just an IP address - constant excuses. Would not put my money with this company again.

Worst ever, order with anyone else I ordered a product way in advance as the arrival date of it was crucial. It took this company for no apparent reason(of course they love to blame on covid...) 13 days!!!!!just to actually go to the post and send my package. It’s nowhere to be seen yet and of course will not even arrive on time. Literally the worst ever experience, really just use someone else and save yourself the trouble.

Such a wonderful customer… Such a wonderful customer service...they user friendly iam their valuable customer for almost 4yrs .... I don't know y these people giving one star reviews... If there is a damage in product r any delay r out of stock product frm their side they will make a alternative possibility on the very next day of the issue.... Oz cosmetics is a very trustworthy site.They are customer friendly.My only problem They sent my parcel through India post .Its not thier fault it got delayed for so many days..its indian customs and postal services that are the reason for the delay. They take much time. You will get your product or your money back for sure. No need to worry shopping on this site. My only request/suggestion to them : please try to use some other courier services,there are many other who serves better and deliver fast. Please let the customer choose an option at the checkout to select the shipping type and speed. They issued refund also for late delivery and very patient with me. Thank you Oz.
