Great Shopping with HWE I found a little exercise workbook by Bindewerk at a local independent bookstore, and I fell in love with it. I went back to get another and they were all sold out. Paid shipping and no customer service reply The site said my order was eligible for free shipping but kept adding it in the cart. I contacted them but never received a response. The reason I went through with the purchase anyway is because they had a limited amount of discontinued notebooks I wanted on sale.
