HWE Fan Club Member I live in Texas and stumbled upon HWE several years ago when looking for one of my favorite notebooks (#papersnob). I have been ordering from them ever since and I am constantly amazed by their customer service and the care that goes into shipping each order. I am a member of their monthly box subscription and absolutely love all of the goodies I receive. This shop is one of my absolute favorites for gifts! Love everything about HWE!!

Great service from HWE Great service from HWE. Who else wraps your notebooks in plain paper, hand-ties it with twine, then places the whole kit and kaboodle in a well-padded shipping envelope? Love the personal touch!

Excellent product and customer service. Have shopped with HWE several times and have never had a bad experience. Product is always beautifully wrapped like a gift. Delivery is fast even during this time of mail delays. Plus customers service is always top notch. Can’t express how much this small company exceeds my expectations every time. Can’t go wrong shopping with HWE.

Nice Presentation but Not a Great Value Packaging was very nice and items were well presented. This subscription did not wow me, mostly because I do not ever use dot grid or grid notebooks. It would be nice if the subscription could be somewhat customizable, with the opportunity to choose types of notebooks or journals. Because there were many things I didn’t use, the subscription wasn’t a good value for me.

Stellar service Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged. Opening your package made my day. Not only was it packed with care it was personalized and pretty. Above and beyond. Thanks to the whole team and Cindy particularly, I assume she packed my order from the lovely note on invoice. I will definitely be returning for my futu writing needs. Rachael Glon
