GBExcellent customer service by Haydley… Excellent customer service by Hayley and team. I received a HUGE iron cabinet and had 4 men haul it upstairs but when it was finally unwrapped, we noticed a welded hinge had broken off. S&N team let me be creative on how to resolve the issue since moving it back downstairs and shipping it back was NOT gonna happen. Instead I found a welder to repair it and they picked up the tab. Perfect solution and I'm a happy camper with a beautiful iron hutch. Wish all companies had this great of service.

GBlove this company! I’ve slowly been furnishing my entire house and always come back to Scout & nimble when I need something new. Their customer service team is beyond wonderful and it just feels really good to support a business that is on your side and will do whatever they can to make Their customers happy. Diana has been so good to me one more than one occasion!

GBCustomer Care truly cares! We’re renovating our Naples FL home, damaged in the recent hurricane. I ordered two lovely sconces from Scout & Nimble and then realized I had previously purchased those lights. I wrote to customer care for instructions. What I didn’t expect was the kindest note from manager Diana Harris, who not only explained return procedures, but wrote to me again when my shipment arrived, to advise credit was processed. In this age where at most businesses, no live persons even answer the phone, you guys are wonderful.

GBVery high return fee and prices higher than competitors A $40 return fee for a light and small mini table lamp does not feel right and is inconsistent with your competitors’ policies. Moreover, I looked into instead exchanging the product (a Poldina Pro mini lamp) for a larger size, but you have priced the 15 inch Poldina Pro $30 higher than every other retailer in the market including Poldina Pro direct. So it does not make sense to purchase this from you. Very disappointed.

GBStress free return I ordered outdoor dining chairs that looked different in person than the online photos. Shopping online is hard and the color was just off. Dianna at Scout & Nimble was extremely helpful in working with the supplier tp accept the return and then coordinating the pick up of 10(!) chairs. Such a relief to get this resolved without a hiccup. It makes a big difference when ordering online and I will be trusting Scout & Nimble with these bigger purchases in the future.
