Very high return fee and prices higher than competitors A $40 return fee for a light and small mini table lamp does not feel right and is inconsistent with your competitors’ policies. Moreover, I looked into instead exchanging the product (a Poldina Pro mini lamp) for a larger size, but you have priced the 15 inch Poldina Pro $30 higher than every other retailer in the market including Poldina Pro direct. So it does not make sense to purchase this from you. Very disappointed.

Excellent problem resolution Sending delicate items via shippers can be a hazardous affair and mine was no exception. No fault of Scout & Nimble though. They were onto the issue straight away and resolved matters to my satisfaction in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. The service I received from Diana Harris, in particular, was superb. Excellent Customer Service Diana Harris provided expedited and friendly customer service. We had a coffee table that was dented upon delivery. I called customer service and was able to speak directly to Diana who also continued to communicate with me directly through email. She took ownership of managing issuing a replacement for us and followed through until delivery. This excellent customer service makes me highly likely to refer friends and family to Scout & Nimble.
