Excellent problem resolution Sending delicate items via shippers can be a hazardous affair and mine was no exception. No fault of Scout & Nimble though. Excellent Customer Service Diana Harris provided expedited and friendly customer service. We had a coffee table that was dented upon delivery. I called customer service and was able to speak directly to Diana who also continued to communicate with me directly through email. She took ownership of managing issuing a replacement for us and followed through until delivery. This excellent customer service makes me highly likely to refer friends and family to Scout & Nimble.

Great experience all around Great experience all around. Placed an order on 5/23, and the item was delivered in perfect condition on 6/6. This piece appeared to be on back order everywhere else, but Scout & Nimble had it in stock and on sale. I contacted them over email before ordering to confirm that it's available. I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order as I was still recovering from a really bad shopping experience with another seller trying to buy this same item. However, Scout & Nimble pleasantly surprised me.
