Excellent Customer Service Diana Harris provided expedited and friendly customer service. We had a coffee table that was dented upon delivery. I called customer service and was able to speak directly to Diana who also continued to communicate with me directly through email. She took ownership of managing issuing a replacement for us and followed through until delivery. This excellent customer service makes me highly likely to refer friends and family to Scout & Nimble.

Amazing experience! Amazing and easy experience! We ordered 4 outdoor dining chairs of which one came broken, Diana responded right away and set up a replacement.
