Great company I had an issue with a fireplace. Contacted Bestier and they responded right away. After trouble shooting it was determined the fireplace needed to be replaced. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. Best company I've dealt with in a long time.

I had a specific desk in mind I had a specific desk in mind. I tried to get it from Amazon TWICE and they failed both times getting it shipped. I went Bestier direct and it shipped almost immediately, arrived a couple days later in excellent condition and assembled without issue. Very happy customer.

Great Bookshelf This bookshelf looks great! Very modern and the perfect size. Looks just like the pictures that are posted. Instructions were extremely easy, easier than IKEA. They also provided extra pieces for each hardware for those just in case scenarios. Customer service was very responsive and nice. I would definitely buy from them again. Great product!
