Well designed furniture and awesome support. I got an entertainment center and coffee table with LED lighting. The furniture is very well made and solid. It used 'cam lock' joints but also has dowel pins for added stability. The support is awesome. I wanted an extra light strip to finish off the wall with the entertainment center and they were more than helpful.

Great company I had an issue with a fireplace. Contacted Bestier and they responded right away. After trouble shooting it was determined the fireplace needed to be replaced. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. Best company I've dealt with in a long time.

Fedex completely destroyed the box that… Fedex completely destroyed the box that the furniture came in, however since bestier packaged it well, nothing was broken. Assembling it was very easy. Please ditch fedex as the box was almost the the point of falling apart.

A great gift and great support! I got one of Bestier's desks as a gift. The build quality is superb and I'm a huge fan of the black carbon fiber design. One of the pieces, unfortunately, had a decent dent in it, but customer support was quick and happy to send me a replacement part. I'm very happy to have been introduced to this brand, and will surely be recommending it to others.

Better than expected It arrived on time and well-packaged. The final result turned out better than expected, too. My only gripe is with the instructions; I often found they lacked clarity. (Words to go with the sometimes vague images would've helped.) Design-wise, the entertainment center is great! I only wish the holes for cable management were better positioned.
