USI had a damaged piece in the package… I had a damaged piece in the package for the desk I ordered. The customer service team at Bestier had a second desk delivered to me less than 48 hours later.

However, customer service was more than helpful to get me a full pack of hardware in a very quick turnaround to ensure the completion of my desk. USFantastic and quick to respond customer support I had some missing parts with my new gaming desk, and I wished to have just those replacement parts sent out to me, as I was otherwise very happy with the product. USGreat company I had an issue with a fireplace. Contacted Bestier and they responded right away. After trouble shooting it was determined the fireplace needed to be replaced. The staff were friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. Best company I've dealt with in a long time.
