Fantastic and quick to respond customer support I had some missing parts with my new gaming desk, and I wished to have just those replacement parts sent out to me, as I was otherwise very happy with the product. Although one bag of connectors was… Although one bag of connectors was missing, Bestier worked with me to get the replacements. When it was determined that I could purchase them locally, they issued a partially refund to cover the cost. The payment showed up in my account within a couple of hours of my emailing them a copy of the receipt. I've never seen such a fast response. The is unbelievable. Better than expected It arrived on time and well-packaged. The final result turned out better than expected, too. My only gripe is with the instructions; I often found they lacked clarity. (Words to go with the sometimes vague images would've helped.) Design-wise, the entertainment center is great! I only wish the holes for cable management were better positioned.
