GBThis has truly been a nightmare This has truly been a nightmare! I have been trying to cancel a printer since August of 2023. I am still being billed up until today for the same printer. I have made numerous of calls and chats but nothing has been resolved. The customer service reps are incompetent. I will not try to reach out to the office of the president! This is beyond horrible!

GBI like that I do not need to buy ink I like that I do not need to buy ink as often. I also like that HP made it reasonably affordable.

GBI like that I don't have to worry about ordering I like that I don't have to worry about ordering or buying ink when I run low. Recently I have been printing alot of documents and it was noticed I was getting low on black ink, it was sent promptly and I didn't have to worry about running out.

GBThe ink is here before I need it, and at a more reasonable cost I like the fact the ink is sent before I actually need it, so as soon as I run out it is there. I also like the HP smart app, which has enabled me to print on my printer after installing a new router. The only way I can connect to my printer from my pc now is via the smart printer, as otherwise my pc cannot see my printer, strange, but glad it works.
