I like that I don't have to worry about ordering I like that I don't have to worry about ordering or buying ink when I run low. Recently I have been printing alot of documents and it was noticed I was getting low on black ink, it was sent promptly and I didn't have to worry about running out.

Great program and never run out of ink in the middle of a project I have been a member of the Instant Ink program for several years and have never had a problem getting my ink cartridges. My printer orders its own ink when it gets low so there's no running to the store in the middle of a project hoping my cartridges are in stock. With the supply chain problems in the past few years, having ink shipped directly from HP is also reassuring.

Instant ink lost a $30/month customer… Instant ink lost a $30/month customer today !! I recently closed an old bank account. I’ve been in the process of changing over my billing info for everything. Meanwhile, instant ink slipped my mind until i got a notification that I needed to update my billing info. Every time I have tried, it tells me there’s an internal system error. I now cannot use my printer at all. It simply locked me out due to nonpayment. So, if you like being able to use your printer freely - don’t subscribe. It’s more pain than it’s worth, and customer support just tells you to wait it out

Cartridges get lost in the ether. Rarely received cartridges despite my printer reporting low/zero ink. When I cancel the subscription through their website they continued (and still are!!) to charge me. Very difficult to speak to a person. Non of the chat bot options are appropriate.

Delivery of cartridge is so SLOW and I'm still waiting Placed a subscription and told have to wait 6 to 10 business days!!!! Oh come on, nowadays any company can deliver within 3-5 business days in the UK using Royal Mail and most can do next day delivery. Obviously there is so much bureaucracy and inefficiency in the system to cause such delay. This speed is totally unacceptable in modern world.
