The ink is here before I need it, and at a more reasonable cost I like the fact the ink is sent before I actually need it, so as soon as I run out it is there. I also like the HP smart app, which has enabled me to print on my printer after installing a new router. The only way I can connect to my printer from my pc now is via the smart printer, as otherwise my pc cannot see my printer, strange, but glad it works.

I like that I don't have to worry about ordering I like that I don't have to worry about ordering or buying ink when I run low. Recently I have been printing alot of documents and it was noticed I was getting low on black ink, it was sent promptly and I didn't have to worry about running out.

I like the convenience of getting my… I like the convenience of getting my ink delivered instead of having to go to a store to buy it. Also, I always have extra ink cartridges because my printer "knows" when I need more.

Delivery of cartridge is so SLOW and I'm still waiting Placed a subscription and told have to wait 6 to 10 business days!!!! Oh come on, nowadays any company can deliver within 3-5 business days in the UK using Royal Mail and most can do next day delivery. Obviously there is so much bureaucracy and inefficiency in the system to cause such delay. This speed is totally unacceptable in modern world.
