I like that I do not need to buy ink I like that I do not need to buy ink as often. I also like that HP made it reasonably affordable.

This has truly been a nightmare This has truly been a nightmare! I have been trying to cancel a printer since August of 2023. I am still being billed up until today for the same printer. I have made numerous of calls and chats but nothing has been resolved. The customer service reps are incompetent. I will not try to reach out to the office of the president! This is beyond horrible!

Instant Ink Is A Rip Off Instant Ink Is A Rip Off, they keep increasing the monthly cost and it is unreasonable for the limited amount of printing. If you cancel you still have to buy genuine HP cartridges or they will not work in your printer even if they are genuine but refilled. I don't believe the HP are only doing it to make sure the customer gets the best quality print, it is just greed. My Deskjet printer has just gone to the dump. I'd rather do that than ever buy any HP product again.

I like that I don't have to worry about ordering I like that I don't have to worry about ordering or buying ink when I run low. Recently I have been printing alot of documents and it was noticed I was getting low on black ink, it was sent promptly and I didn't have to worry about running out.
