USGreat program and never run out of ink in the middle of a project I have been a member of the Instant Ink program for several years and have never had a problem getting my ink cartridges. My printer orders its own ink when it gets low so there's no running to the store in the middle of a project hoping my cartridges are in stock. With the supply chain problems in the past few years, having ink shipped directly from HP is also reassuring.

USThis has truly been a nightmare This has truly been a nightmare! I have been trying to cancel a printer since August of 2023. I am still being billed up until today for the same printer. I have made numerous of calls and chats but nothing has been resolved. The customer service reps are incompetent. I will not try to reach out to the office of the president! This is beyond horrible!

GBCartridges get lost in the ether. Rarely received cartridges despite my printer reporting low/zero ink. When I cancel the subscription through their website they continued (and still are!!) to charge me. Very difficult to speak to a person. Non of the chat bot options are appropriate.

USHP has no Customer Service I signed up for instant ink. I took the laptop back to store within a day. I immediately cancelled instant ink. BUT you can't just cancel they will charge you 3X's even though you can't use it. I haven't been successful in getting any help. We have had instant ink subscription for another printer for years which has been great. This experience has been terrible.
