GBInstant Ink Is A Rip Off Instant Ink Is A Rip Off, they keep increasing the monthly cost and it is unreasonable for the limited amount of printing. If you cancel you still have to buy genuine HP cartridges or they will not work in your printer even if they are genuine but refilled. I don't believe the HP are only doing it to make sure the customer gets the best quality print, it is just greed. My Deskjet printer has just gone to the dump. I'd rather do that than ever buy any HP product again.

GBWhat I like the most about instant ink… What I like the most about instant ink is that I don't have to worry about my cartridges running out when I desperately need to print a document! Instant ink does all the thinking for me. I have been using instant ink since I purchased my HP printer several years ago and was reluctant at first but now it's one of my favorite. I'm for anything that makes life easier in this crazy world. Have no fear. Try it! You'll like it.

GBHP has no Customer Service I signed up for instant ink. I took the laptop back to store within a day. I immediately cancelled instant ink. BUT you can't just cancel they will charge you 3X's even though you can't use it. I haven't been successful in getting any help. We have had instant ink subscription for another printer for years which has been great. This experience has been terrible.

GBInstant ink lost a $30/month customer… Instant ink lost a $30/month customer today !! I recently closed an old bank account. I’ve been in the process of changing over my billing info for everything. Meanwhile, instant ink slipped my mind until i got a notification that I needed to update my billing info. Every time I have tried, it tells me there’s an internal system error. I now cannot use my printer at all. It simply locked me out due to nonpayment. So, if you like being able to use your printer freely - don’t subscribe. It’s more pain than it’s worth, and customer support just tells you to wait it out
