Exceptional Support Beyond Expectations When I encountered an issue with my Sihoo product, their after-sales service team truly went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but they also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

Customer Service is Non-Existent The top of the right arm which is made of plastic broke off. This piece holds the cushioned arm rest. Trying to get anybody to return a message on their site is impossible. Their "Promise" to return a message within 24 hours is a joke. I have been trying for 3 weeks to see how to get a replacement. Not one response to about 12 messages sent. There is no phone number to call. This was a brand-new chair. Dealing with any manufacturers from overseas is risky. It was a Christmas present from my wife and what I have is a chair with one arm. You cannot find Sihoo replacement parts online. Their customer service is non-existent.

My sihoo m18 has issues I got the sihoo m18 and it’s great but there are some issues. First off, the end of the tilt tension/height adjustment piece was BROKEN off in the box it came in! This is bad because I can’t adjust the height. Also the tilt tension knob WON’T TURN! This is very frustrating since now the backrest is constantly leaning back! And yes I’ve checked and the adjustment is locked not unlocked. 2/5 rating for me. I’ve contacted them by 2 emails and I hope these issues will be resolved

Sihoo M18 Classic Office Chair Sihoo M18 Classic Office Chair I purchased this chair in November 2023, initial impressions were great, comfy and very good value. However after 3 months it's driving me mad. No matter how many times I tighten up the screws underneath, the seat keeps on squeaking. Wouldn't buy another.
