GBI have had a absolute nightmare with… I have had a absolute nightmare with this company after paying the most I ever have for a office chair I expected a ergonomic chair that does the job it states. I was so wrong. After purchasing this chair as soon as built it felt like it was tilting to one side. I got a spirit level and tried it on different floor surfaces but the chair was definitely unlevel. I reached out to the company who have sent 3 different parts to change on the chair which has led me to labour over rebuilding the chair multiple times but it still has the same issue! I also ended up with a bill from FedEx for them sending out replacement parts from China and not paying enough shipping. They recently sent me a new chair in exchange however this arrived with out the legs so is useless. I am now lumbered with a load of chair parts and 2 useless chairs which has not only caused me back pain but also are completely useless. Avoid this company. I will be getting my money back I am currently talking to consumer rights in the UK.

GBIf you are expecting a better service If you are expecting a better service, then do not go for Sihoo. I cancelled the order and item was undelivered was sent back to them without getting delivery. Now it's 10days, Sihoo asking me to wait for few more days so they get item back in warehouse and check! I didn't get it delivered! So should I be waiting for refund? Should customer be responsible for anything missing or damaged for undelivered item? If there company policy says this then think about after service for purchased items! EDIT: Beware, Sihoo is thief company. I have been asked to wait for consignment to reach back to their ware house. Item was back to seller on 15th March 24 and today is 2nd April 24. I do not see any tracking details available on DPD and neither see conversation history on their portal and have not received refund yet. I have initiated case with Paypal.

IEMy sihoo m18 has issues I got the sihoo m18 and it’s great but there are some issues. First off, the end of the tilt tension/height adjustment piece was BROKEN off in the box it came in! This is bad because I can’t adjust the height. Also the tilt tension knob WON’T TURN! This is very frustrating since now the backrest is constantly leaning back! And yes I’ve checked and the adjustment is locked not unlocked. 2/5 rating for me. I’ve contacted them by 2 emails and I hope these issues will be resolved
