Don't honor return policy I ordered the chair and took longer than they say on the website. When I got it and assembled it it was uncomfortable and the back part did not adjust height. After contacting support for a return they said that shipping back was not recommended and they would refund me 15€. I opted to return anyway because the money does not make up for the discomfort and faulty chair. The first return label was sent on the 1st of April. No one came to pick up the chair, for a second time I printed a new label and again nobody came. I reached multiple times Sihoo and they say DPD is not reliable and they will search for another solution. But they never do and they won't refund me. I am stuck with a huge box at home and without the money to buy a new one. I don't recommend this company at all!
