My sihoo m18 has issues I got the sihoo m18 and it’s great but there are some issues. First off, the end of the tilt tension/height adjustment piece was BROKEN off in the box it came in! This is bad because I can’t adjust the height. Also the tilt tension knob WON’T TURN! This is very frustrating since now the backrest is constantly leaning back! And yes I’ve checked and the adjustment is locked not unlocked. 2/5 rating for me. I’ve contacted them by 2 emails and I hope these issues will be resolved

I don't believe it but I have to say I… I don't believe it but I have to say I regret not ordering from amazon instead. I ordered a chair, payed for delivery, the chair was supposedly on the stock. I ordered a chair more than a month ago and still nothing, every week I get new excuse from support by email that delivery is delayed further and further. I already heared I am going to receive a chair later february, then they gonna ship it at the beggining of march, now they say that its going to be middle of march. What next sihoo, maybe the chair I ordered in january will come in 2025? When I ask for order cancellation they also are not willing to do it. This is some horrible company and horrible customer support. Avoid it or you lose money like me.
