Customer Service is Non-Existent The top of the right arm which is made of plastic broke off. This piece holds the cushioned arm rest. Trying to get anybody to return a message on their site is impossible. Their "Promise" to return a message within 24 hours is a joke. I have been trying for 3 weeks to see how to get a replacement. Not one response to about 12 messages sent. There is no phone number to call. This was a brand-new chair. Dealing with any manufacturers from overseas is risky. It was a Christmas present from my wife and what I have is a chair with one arm. You cannot find Sihoo replacement parts online. Their customer service is non-existent.

They got me to send back the wrong item, but did not deliver the correct item to me. They couldn't care less about emails and phone calls. It's been four long months, and I am still without the product I paid for. Spare yourself the misery – take your business elsewhere for genuine quality and service Order number is 7813.
