PTDon't honor return policy I ordered the chair and took longer than they say on the website. When I got it and assembled it it was uncomfortable and the back part did not adjust height. After contacting support for a return they said that shipping back was not recommended and they would refund me 15€. I opted to return anyway because the money does not make up for the discomfort and faulty chair. The first return label was sent on the 1st of April. No one came to pick up the chair, for a second time I printed a new label and again nobody came. I reached multiple times Sihoo and they say DPD is not reliable and they will search for another solution. But they never do and they won't refund me. I am stuck with a huge box at home and without the money to buy a new one. I don't recommend this company at all!

GBI have had a absolute nightmare with… I have had a absolute nightmare with this company after paying the most I ever have for a office chair I expected a ergonomic chair that does the job it states. I was so wrong. After purchasing this chair as soon as built it felt like it was tilting to one side. I got a spirit level and tried it on different floor surfaces but the chair was definitely unlevel. I reached out to the company who have sent 3 different parts to change on the chair which has led me to labour over rebuilding the chair multiple times but it still has the same issue! I also ended up with a bill from FedEx for them sending out replacement parts from China and not paying enough shipping. They recently sent me a new chair in exchange however this arrived with out the legs so is useless. I am now lumbered with a load of chair parts and 2 useless chairs which has not only caused me back pain but also are completely useless. Avoid this company. I will be getting my money back I am currently talking to consumer rights in the UK.

NLAfter seeing the ads I was very exited… After seeing the ads I was very exited to buy a chair. But after reading some comments and reviews it didn’t help me to convince me to buy a chair. But after seeing the sales or price I just have to try it. When I saw I could use klarna it convinced me to buy it because the website isn’t so populair in the Netherlands. On the website I saw that the order will be shipped between 2 workdays but after 2 workdays I didn’t got any email that updated my order. So I got very worried if the order was accepted or not. After replying on my order, I’ve got an email back that it was already on its way with an link to the shipping company. The website didn’t really say when it will be delivered and how late, but I saw that it already was landed in the Netherlands. And about an hour after receiving the email with the information, the package was delivered! I was very happy and exited. I found the assembling paper very clear, you just have to read is clearly even on the package for the screws, than it will be very easy. I’m very happy with the product I’ve received and the information that I ask for. If I got an update when and how late my package was arriving it could get 5 stars from me :)

NLThe products are very well made The products are very well made! I had one broken headseat deliverd, but the customer service was so nice and they send a new one as their service! Recommend them!
