NLAfter seeing the ads I was very exited… After seeing the ads I was very exited to buy a chair. But after reading some comments and reviews it didn’t help me to convince me to buy a chair. But after seeing the sales or price I just have to try it. When I saw I could use klarna it convinced me to buy it because the website isn’t so populair in the Netherlands. On the website I saw that the order will be shipped between 2 workdays but after 2 workdays I didn’t got any email that updated my order. So I got very worried if the order was accepted or not. After replying on my order, I’ve got an email back that it was already on its way with an link to the shipping company. The website didn’t really say when it will be delivered and how late, but I saw that it already was landed in the Netherlands. And about an hour after receiving the email with the information, the package was delivered! I was very happy and exited. I found the assembling paper very clear, you just have to read is clearly even on the package for the screws, than it will be very easy. I’m very happy with the product I’ve received and the information that I ask for. If I got an update when and how late my package was arriving it could get 5 stars from me :)

GBIf you are expecting a better service If you are expecting a better service, then do not go for Sihoo. I cancelled the order and item was undelivered was sent back to them without getting delivery. Now it's 10days, Sihoo asking me to wait for few more days so they get item back in warehouse and check! I didn't get it delivered! So should I be waiting for refund? Should customer be responsible for anything missing or damaged for undelivered item? If there company policy says this then think about after service for purchased items! EDIT: Beware, Sihoo is thief company. I have been asked to wait for consignment to reach back to their ware house. Item was back to seller on 15th March 24 and today is 2nd April 24. I do not see any tracking details available on DPD and neither see conversation history on their portal and have not received refund yet. I have initiated case with Paypal.

GBCustomer Service is Non-Existent The top of the right arm which is made of plastic broke off. This piece holds the cushioned arm rest. Trying to get anybody to return a message on their site is impossible. Their "Promise" to return a message within 24 hours is a joke. I have been trying for 3 weeks to see how to get a replacement. Not one response to about 12 messages sent. There is no phone number to call. This was a brand-new chair. Dealing with any manufacturers from overseas is risky. It was a Christmas present from my wife and what I have is a chair with one arm. You cannot find Sihoo replacement parts online. Their customer service is non-existent.

ESI don't believe it but I have to say I… I don't believe it but I have to say I regret not ordering from amazon instead. I ordered a chair, payed for delivery, the chair was supposedly on the stock. I ordered a chair more than a month ago and still nothing, every week I get new excuse from support by email that delivery is delayed further and further. I already heared I am going to receive a chair later february, then they gonna ship it at the beggining of march, now they say that its going to be middle of march. What next sihoo, maybe the chair I ordered in january will come in 2025? When I ask for order cancellation they also are not willing to do it. This is some horrible company and horrible customer support. Avoid it or you lose money like me.

GBExcellent After Sales Service I bought a SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair from Amazon UK. It was really good quality and easy to build but I noticed a problem with mine. Their after-sales could not have been more helpful. Not only were they very quick to offer a solution but everything was sorted out in a few day remotely. I don't really understand why there are a number of low star reviews here. My experience has been second to none and my company would happily buy from them again.
