Good stuff I don't remember the name of the technician but he was very professional. He was on time and got out some stains that I assumed couldn't be removed. Also, he asked me to review the work so he could address any issues before putting away the equipment. Scheduling was not an issue. I contacted them on Thursday and they were here Saturday. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully I'd get the same tech.

Anthony and Zerorez are Amazing Anthony was Awesome and Amazing. He worked extremely hard on several stubborn stains and made the carpet look fresh and new. Anthony is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, promp, and a great educator on carpet issues. This is the 2nd time Anthony has cleaned our carpet and each time has been Amazing. They were very accommodating when I asked to change the appointment date, The over the phone estimate was fair and the add on price was fair as well.
