He took his time to make sure he explained everything thoroughly and continued to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Prices are very reasonable and our carpet looks brand new! We will certainly be coming back and referring our loved ones.

Always a 5 star experience Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.

Great service Great service: the rep was very informative and helpful in giving us suggestions and advice. Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!

I waited to review so that I could confirm my initial thoughts on the cleanliness of the carpets. They looked great right after and still look fantastic after drying.
