Good stuff I don't remember the name of the technician but he was very professional. He was on time and got out some stains that I assumed couldn't be removed. Also, he asked me to review the work so he could address any issues before putting away the equipment. Scheduling was not an issue. I contacted them on Thursday and they were here Saturday. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully I'd get the same tech.

Great service Great service: the rep was very informative and helpful in giving us suggestions and advice. Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!

Our technician was Anthony. He called when he was on the way to our address. He was courteous and respectful Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. I was given an estimate and there were no surprises when I received the invoice. My carpet was cleaned in a timely manner but it's not quite dry yet so I can't speak to the the efficacy of the process yet. So far, it looks good and smells much better than it did before. I don't foresee any issues.

Prices are very for the customer, especially those on a tight budget like myself. The technician (Octavious) was very knowledgeable and professional. Guided me every step of the way and even suggested extensive service that would help with the tough stains that have been in my carpet since we moved here back in 03. Wonderful job guys!!! My carpets look amazing!! My carpets look amazing!!! Ben was ontime, attentive and extremely nice to work with! He made sure even the toughest of stains came out and called me 30 minutes before he came. Will definitely be using zerores again!!!
