I waited to review so that I could confirm my initial thoughts on the cleanliness of the carpets. They looked great right after and still look fantastic after drying. GBThey advertise pet stain and odor removal... A very nice gentleman named Nick came out to clean. We had some pet and coffee stains to be removed. I was upfront about the cause of the stains and he used a black light to be sure he knew what the urine stains were. At completion of the project, no stain was seen and the rooms smelled great. I went to a meeting and when I came back, the stains were seen again, but not as significant. The next morning they were just as before the cleaning and the room smelled worse than it did before. I called the company because they have a 30 day guarantee. They refused to honor it. They wanted to do a deeper clean on the spots and charge $10/softball size area. This would be another $300. No thank you. I will call someone who will do it correctly the first time.
