Excellent Customer Service I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. Very good back support chair It's a great chair, and the seller's just as awesome! We bought a second chair for my husband not long after and we're planning to get another one. Here's hoping the seller offers a loyalty discount or throws in a little something extra for buying multiple chairs.
