Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. Excellent Ergonomic Chair Very good chair. I have taken on star off my rating because it is just so time consuming to get the right adjustment … but maybe that is simply a sign of how flexible the chair is. I just have to make sure that my wife does not try to sit on it and ruin my adjustments….

Excelled Customer Service The Hinomi customer service is fast and impressive. I and 5'10" and ordered the standard size chair thinking it would work for both me and my wife. Upon installing, I realized that the chair height was too low for my comfort and sent a note to the customer service. They quickly responded and send me a tall size gas lift piston. The piston was easy to install and fixed my problem. I love my new chair.
