Great customer service and speedy delivery!! I order an H1 pro but realized I ordered an XL by mistake! I immediately contacted customer support and they were super helpful and responsive. They were able to correct my order for me and still get my chair delivered to me in only a few days. definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I am very happy with my purchase and definitely think this is worth the price. The quality of the materials is super solid and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Assembly was super easy and only took 10 minutes!

Good and comfortable For the chair itself, all good and comfortable. Installation is simple. Chair is adjustable to accommodate different posture. Sturdy (heavy) yet easy to move around. The difference is obvious when you sit on the chair that cannot be adjusted. When I work in office I would really miss this chair (in my house) so much, working from home is so much more comfortable now. Minus 1 star because of the shipping delay due to out of stock, then finally managed to get a staff to really fix a delivery date and make sure delivery is done.

They can be tilted and moves to any where. And customer service is also fantastic!!! I ordered extra high but I felt it was little high for me, so I contacted customer service. They sent new standard gas lift next day!! I love HINOMI!!
