Ordered TWO chairs Ordered TWO chairs. ONLY one arrived and was very late from original date. NO notification or messages from Hinomi as to why only one arrived. TO make it worse they have NO phone number to contact. ANY company that is afraid to offer phone support is questionable.

Excelled Customer Service The Hinomi customer service is fast and impressive. I and 5'10" and ordered the standard size chair thinking it would work for both me and my wife. Upon installing, I realized that the chair height was too low for my comfort and sent a note to the customer service. They quickly responded and send me a tall size gas lift piston. The piston was easy to install and fixed my problem. I love my new chair.

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.
