Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

Great customer service and speedy delivery!! I order an H1 pro but realized I ordered an XL by mistake! I immediately contacted customer support and they were super helpful and responsive. They were able to correct my order for me and still get my chair delivered to me in only a few days. definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I am very happy with my purchase and definitely think this is worth the price. The quality of the materials is super solid and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Assembly was super easy and only took 10 minutes!

Excelled Customer Service The Hinomi customer service is fast and impressive. I and 5'10" and ordered the standard size chair thinking it would work for both me and my wife. Upon installing, I realized that the chair height was too low for my comfort and sent a note to the customer service. They quickly responded and send me a tall size gas lift piston. The piston was easy to install and fixed my problem. I love my new chair.
