GBGreat Customer Service After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. I would also like to thank Roy MacGregor for helping me with my order and to your delightful and helpful Yvonne Biggs on Customer Service. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly. GBRubbish customer service I paid for a master key with my order. However the master key they sent with the lockers was not the correct one. It does not work. I emailed them several times and no one replied and completely ignored me. I would not use them again.

GBTrolley Assembly impossible The trolley is well made and as described in the advertisement and received in good condition. However assembly has proved so far impossible in that the attachment bolts appear to be rusted into the assembly. Soaking in penetration oil and WD40 has not yet released them after 4 days. After a week oil has freed the bolts and assembly OK. Thanks.

GBUnable to supply an item I had paid for Ordered an item and paid for it online. Then CSS rang to say the item was out of stock and would not be available until February. Initially no apology. Had to ask for an apology. No offer of a future discount for wasting my time (they shouldn’t take payment for items they cannot fulfill). Really disappointed as the price point was good. Now I know why. You really do get what you pay for.
